Not sure if I can help, but I'll try. From previous posts I'm assuming your running on Windows. Do you see the Logos icon in the lower right hand corner? Might have to click on the up arrow.
If so, can you right click on that? Does it say something about installing or downloading an update?

To be sure, do you mean the Windows Taskbar? If so, the Logos icon is not currently visible - I have L4 running.
If Mike's suggestion does not help. You can sign into your account and look at your orders. Beside of your upgrade order is a order number. Click the order number and you will see a "Download Now" button. This should activate the download as well.

The system tray it used to be called. LHS of the Windows desktop.
Lower right hand corner of your screen, near the time/clock that's part of windows.
Thanks - if I download LogosSetup.exe will this trigger a different process to the in place upgrade e.g. redownloading L4 resources?
No there is no Logos icon in that area, even with L4 running.
Yeah, I just posted after Mark. I'd follow what he has to say as I'm know he's helped more customers out than I.
As far as I can remember it should install without you having to redownload all your resources again, at least it has for me when I tested it. Though it will take some time to reindex.
OK thanks - so you reckon that running LogosSetup.exe will result in an identical process to the inplace upgrade?
Wonder about restarting Windows 7 ? then launch Logos
Note: have experienced a bit of Logos Indexer and pop-up display issues on Windows 7: unable to click on pop-up text so task bar that is nominally hidden would not.

I ran LogosSetup from my Orders page and it seems to have worked fine, without redownloading, and was able to pick up seamlessly from my last L4 session.

If I remember correctly how I did it, you need to go to http://www.logos.com/downloads and click on the "Download for PC" button. Never mind that it says "Logos 4"—it ain't true.
Doesn't work for me George - it only tells me Logos 4 is up to date.
Sorry, I should have pointed you to the response about downloading the installer from your orders page or the email you got. Try that.

Fixed now by downloading new setup installer.
In that case, it must have been one of those things I tried which didn't work (not even for me—just think of that! [;)]). They've made this process as clear as mud. [:(]
