How do you choose to organize your FAVORITES and utilize BOOKMARKS?

I haven't used FAVORITES in Logos too much but can see its obvious advantages.  Just curious about how other folks organize favorites and also how you utilize bookmarks.   (Not asking a how-to question...asking your approach for using these tools in Logos)
