No, it's because you're displaying the results in Analysis view.
Analysis view displays one row for each unique combination of values in the displayed columns (i.e., the cross product). In this case, there are three Indirect Objects (Peter, John, and James) so you get three rows: one for each indirect object. This approach was chosen because it easily allows grouping and sorting on any column.
In a future release, we may collapse the values down to one row, and only create "duplicates" when it's strictly necessary for grouping. (E.g., if you grouped by indirect object, this row might appear three times, once in each group.)
