I have not been able to access Logos 4 at all today. That is the error message I get every time I try to open it. I also have recently been getting (when Logos 4 was working) the following error message: "Logos 4 Indexer has stopped working."

Can you start Logos with a blank layout ==> http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_Not_Starting
That will enable logging as well, so check for logs in Documents\Logos Log Files.
