All resources on ipad

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, I am in Ethiopia and not able to easily search.  A few questions.

1.  If i download all resources to my ipad 3 and then buy new resources will they be automatically downloaded?

2.  If they aren't automatically downloaded is there an easy way to see the resources that I haven't downloaded yet?  Or could i select "download all resources" and it would only download the ones not downloaded yet and not cycle through all of them again?

3.  On the ipad what does the "update to resources" notifications mean.  Does this mean i have new resources that aren't downloaded or just that they made a change to already downloaded resources and i need to update.

Basically, i want an easy way to always keep all the books i own, downloaded on the ipad.  Thanks for the help.

    No. They will be visible on your ipad (assuming licencing allows them to be delivered to mobile devices) but you would need to download them yourself

    No easy way to see them - but downloading all of them should just download the ones not yet downloaded

    The latter - you need to download an update
