When I pointed in John 1: 7 to "Witness (DJG)" in the Faithlife Study Bible (which is locked for me) Logos is crashing each time, so it reproducible.

Are you able to open "Dictionary of Jesus and the Gospels"? If so can you navigate to the word "Witness"?
No, the moment I click the link Logos crashes. I can not open it to see a preview, because I was curious. (As you see, it is locked because I do not own it.)
I tried it several times and each time there was an immediate crash when I clicked on the Witness DJG link.
I didn't realize you didn't own the resource. This shouldn't happen when the license is not owned. Does this happen with other resources you do not own?
Yes, I tried to open other locked resources in FSB: each time I click on a locked resource Logos crashes immediately. Also in, for instance, a Reading List from Phil Gons on Trinity. When I click on a locked resource I do no own Logos crashes at once. I attached Logs for this one as example:
