Wandering Windows

I have tried technical support but have yet to resolve an issue I have with Logos. My set up is an imac with an additional wide screen monitor - set to the left - and with the ability to move open windows from one screen to the other.
When I open the Logos home page I reduce it to the minimum width and move it to the far left of the set up (on the extension monitor). Even if this is the only window open - after a short while the home page, seemingly of its own volition, will expand to the opening width and often (but not always) slide itself to the right and back onto left hand side of the main monitor (along with any other windows that happen to be open).
Am I plagued or does anybody else experience this phenomenon,

Must you remain in Logos Mac for this to happen? What if you leave Logos open and work in other applications, does the window then misbehave? I am using a Mac Pro Tower with dual monitors. My main display is to the left, so I moved the Home window to the right hand display and reduced it to minimum size. I have left it there, but I have not remained in Logos. Everything has remained where I put it.

Jack,
Thanks for testing this out for me. I have never tested the situation where I use only logos. When preparing my services I usually have Logos and at least two 'pages' documents open for notes and finished copy. I tend to use Safari to visit Logos 'bible references' and the 'bible widget' both to visit verses from NIV. (the rotten Logos people won't sell the NIV in the uk) so web access is the only way for quick copy and past of the relevant text.
I am quite likely to flick into mail and ical in response to phone calls etc.
I have been working on tomorrow's service since posting the note and have had one instance of the window resizing but as yet it has remained on the extension monitor.

Mike,
The problem with licensing the NIV in the UK is with Zondervan who owns the copyright. I am sure if Logos were allowed to provide it to you they would. I must say you seem to have worked around the copy/paste problem using Safari. Good job, that is better than nothing.
I wish I could help but I run dual monitors under Windows and have never seen that behavior. Good luck.

Thanks for getting back to me Matthew. The problem is very intermittent and only happened once all of yesterday and that was shortly after starting up Logos.
The NIV thing is a bit frustrating because I can source the text in many forms from the USA both on hard copy and electronically. Indeed I do have copies from rival software companies based in the USA- I used to use the two programs side by side until I discovered the Logos online version which actually performs better. The only problem with it is the distracting ever rolling adverts down the right hand side of the window.
Good luck with your windows set up - are you looking forward to Windows 7? - my kids tell me that it is great.
