Hi Andrew - and welcome to the forums

Looking at your log file you are running an old version of Logos - 4.5c SR4.

Someone else running the same version experienced a similar problem as discussed in http://community.logos.com/forums/p/57010/407926.aspx

As per the advice given there I suggest you upgrade to the most recent version which is now 4.6a SR3 and can be obtained as described in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/60355.aspx
