Faithlife videos will not play
I just upgraded to L5 starter and the minimal crossgrade, however the faithlife videos are not playing. The following comment appears :
This video could not be played. For help with troubleshooting this issue please visit our web site.
I am running windows 7 professional on a computer with Intel i3 2.53 GHz and 6 GB ram

Is it possible that you have Windows 7 N (the European edition)?
If so, a feature pack that adds video support needs to be downloaded and installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=16546

I don't have the European version but I noticed the same problem. At first I thought it might be because I didn't have an internet connection, but when I got home ith was the same thing...

I just got of the phone with tech support and it turns out the problem was that I had a corrupted DirectX 9.0. Once that was taken care of everything ran well. Three cheers for Logos tech support.
