I'd love to see more books dealing with the Wisdom literature.
The second edition of Crenshaw's Old Testament Wisdom is already available for Logos, but it would be great if the third edition, being published next year, were offered as well.
Two other texts I'd love to see are Kathleen M. O'Connor's The Wisdom Literature and Roland Murphy's The Tree of Life: An Exploration of Biblical Wisdom Literature.
