I use an android in Low Light setting
However there's no way to replicate the highlighting shift when working on desktop
Picture will show better than I can explain, any possibility of replicating low light setting in PC?

The link fgh shared gives a way to do it in Mac or PC, but there is also a built in option in Logos you may not have noticed which I happen to prefer - in Program Settings there is an option called "Resource Panel Background". I normally have it set to "Very Light Gray", but you can set it even darker, and it will make it much easier to use at night. Note that some tools such as the Information Pane do not support this option. But books, commentaries, lexicons, Bibles, etc. all do.
close, but it doesn't replicate the adjusted highigting color from mobile device which is what I am seeking,

I don't know what it's like on Windows, but on Mac the darkest option is fairly light.

Which makes it too annoying to use for me. The eyes are automatically drawn to the lightest panel, so having one white one grey panel is actually worse than having two white. At least then you can concentrate on the panel you should be concentrating on.
There is a case: "BUG": panel background
I also really wish that there is low light background like that...
