NIV Application Commentary (NIVAC) titles were made available individually a few days after I purcha

I don't know whether to classify this post a complaint or as a help request.
The issue is that I have been waiting for NIV Application Commentary (NIVAC) titles to be sold individually, because I don't have the means, desire or need to purchase the whole or a partial set.
I am leading a home Bible study on the book of Proverbs and was very interested in purchasing this volume. Unfortunately, NIVAC individual volumes were available only from Amazon Kindle, Christianbooks and Olive Tree.
I'm really trying to expand my digital library and keep my purchases only in Logos, since I already have a base package and it is so much more convenient that any other platform. However, since I could not afford the whole set sold by Logos, but needed the book to prepare to teach I couldn't wait any longer and bought it from one of the above mentioned stores.
Today, I accidentally noticed that some NIVAC volumes (including the sought-after Proverbs) were made available individually.
I was glad and frustrated at the same time.
So, is there any way to avoid this in the future, i.e. is there a way to know whether Logos is planning to break up a collection and when it will happen.
It seems like a win/win for both Logos and customers, when I buy the book I want from Logos rather that elsewhere (because Logos didn't have it at the time, but made it available a few days after I bough it somewhere else).
Any advice?

In case of commentary series, there's no prediction, people wait for NICNT since years.
There's a thread in the General forum titles something like "Look! They broke the collection up!" which was started as a collaborative effort but soon became the vehicle for Logos to announce these things (thanks Logos!). They always announce it after the fact, not in advance, but there have been cases where users asked for unbundling of specific resources and Logos did so.
In respect to contemporary commentary series it's not Logos but the publishers that need to be convinced, though.
Have joy in the Lord!

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your advice. I am aware of the forum topic you've referenced. Sadly, it provides info only post factum. And NIVAC wasn't mentioned last I checked.
By the way, I am one of the those who are waiting for the New International Commentary to be broken up as well.
I love and appreciate Logos, but cannot understand how Kindle and even Google Play were able to secure permissions to sell titles individually, but Logos can't. It seems very strange to me. I wished there was a way to know whether a collection will be broken up in advance, so that I could avoid having to take my business elsewhere.0
