Lexham Bible Guides: Paul’s Letters Collection (13 vols.)

We seem to be developing a "problem" with the new practice of introducing collections after the release or sending to production of one or more volumes from that collection:

For the Lexham Bible Guides: Paul’s Letters Collection (13 vols.) there exists on the pre-pub page a link for those of us who had already purchased "Ephesians" to pre-order the remaining 12 volumes of this collection at an appropriate cost.... no problem so far.....

On my "Orders" page I now see that the next volume on "Galatians" is now set to ship on December 5, get the complete collection is still only "gathering interest" (so it may be a while yet before it is decided to proceed with producing the entire set, perhaps only a few months but potentially a lot longer given the cost).

Could someone from Logos tell us whether we should cancel this "Galatians" one volume pre-pub order given it is to be included in our 12 volume collection or are we to get our 12 volume pre-pub order transfered to a yet to be seen 11 volume pre-pub collection ?

My apologies for the confusion. This is a rather unique scenario. The entire collection of Paul's Letters is still gathering interest, as you observed. Things are looking very promising for us creating the entire collection, but that will ultimately be determined by the amount of pre-orders--we still need more at this stage. In the meantime, we will be releasing Lexham Bible Guide: Galatians, hence why it has a ship date and the collection does not.

Here's what I recommend: If you plan to purchase the entire collection of LBG: Paul's Letters, if it becomes available, go ahead and place your pre-order for the 12-volume collection (assuming you already own LBG: Ephesians) and remove your pre-order for LBG: Galatians. If, ultimately, we don't receive enough pre-orders for the entire collection, email me at john@logos.com and we will work something out regarding getting you LBG: Galatians. If, for some reason, you need LBG: Galatians more immediately, and still want to pre-order the collection, please also email me.
