Logos 4 seems to have taken numerous steps backwards in terms of general use-ability. It takes more steps to preform basic tasks in Logos 4 and I can't understand why they did it. Here's some examples:
I especially miss all the helpful "right click" features that were in ver. 3. Now it takes more work and time to get the same job done. Like, Copy Verse. Now you have to have a seperate panel open and you often have to type in the exact verse you want. Before just select and right-click. This is very annoying when you are writing sermons.
Or Icons that got the job done quickly. Like Text sizing icons. Now you have to select the box on the left and then move a slider, when before 1 click on an icon did it. Why??
Or before you could double click on a word and by setting up Auto-Lookup you can instantly look up information of your choice. Now when you double click, you don't know what is going to come up. It seems to depend on what's already open on your desktop. That's quite an advance too.
How about a menu bar, where you can get to things? Sure it looks pretty, but I think they sacrificed too much.
I am TRYING to like ver. 4, but some of this stuff is really annoying.
