Trying to diagnose a downloading problem after upgrade

I just bought my upgrade from L4 Leader to L5 Bronze. (Early Christmas gift.)

Downloaded the install file (Mac) and off I went. The downloading got stuck at 28%. I let it sit for about 2 hours, but nothing happened changed from that 28%.

I tried to cancel the download, but that didn't work. So I quit Logos and restarted. No downloads happen automatically and Update Now says updates were found and will download automatically, but nothing is happening.

I don't know if something was corrupted. I did enable logging on the last open and have a Logos.log file if it's helpful.

The program itself works fine from what I can tell, but I'm far away from having all the new books. And features like Timeline aren't available from what I can tell.

I'm used to seeing the Logos download icon in the menu bar to at least give me a clue that something is happening.

Don't know if this is something I'll just have to deal with by calling tech support after the holiday, but thought I'd toss it out here in case there's an easy fix that someone knows about.

While I've seen other install issues here on the forum, they seemed to be more about crashing issues. If I missed it and someone has a link to the thread, I'd appreciate you passing it along.

Did you try restarting your computer? Did you try the command "update resources"?

When you installed, did you do it while logged into your personal account page atlogos.com and actually click on that account # download button?

Some who did not do that did not get the second resource download.

I had downloaded the installer from the page that was presented when I placed the order.

I had also logged out and logged back into my computer account, but not rebooted.

So I took something from both of you and tried again... I want to my account page and downloaded again, and before installing I rebooted the computer.

Right now my updates are at 36% and indexing is at 4%. Prior, I was stuck at 28% for downloading and didn't even see the indexing in the menu bar icon.

So, I appear to be making progress.

Thanks so much for tossing out ideas. Not sure which was the actual solution, or if it was a combination of your ideas that did it. Just happy to be getting somewhere.
