Batch Tagging Library

Is there a way to tag the Logos Library from a input file so that I can make edits offline and then batch edit my library without having to use the library interface directly.

What would be nice is a way to export all the library entries, edit then then reimport. This might be useful for the community to share the way their libraries are organized?

Maybe this has all been done, just checking.

It's theoretically possible if you can write complex SQLite (that's the format the library is stored in). Otherwise you have to use the built in library interface. Is there are particular reason why you don't want to use it?

What I'd like to do is print out the entire library listing or even a spreadsheet, think about how I want to organize it, then be able to make changes = replace x with y if commentary=z etc.

I just found on the forums ways to accomplish that including some of your ideas.

That's really the nut of it - Something I can quickly scan with my eyes and then go to the library interface, then locate and tag -

I find it awkward to get a global view of my library and at the same time pick and tag - PDF listing is going to help. I can have that up on one screen and then go to work on the interface.

You can print/export from the Collections tool, so if you create a collection of all your resources (use the string rating:>=0), you can export that. You don't get all the fields, but it may help.
