resource information box not exspandable

I have noticed that when I open the Library in the Tab view and add the Resource Information drop down box that the information in the box is cut off and I am not allowed to enlarge the Information Box and the rating stars do not wrap. I can only see 2 and 1/2 stars.

I have the default text size set to 200% instead of 100%. If I want to see all the stars I have to reduce the text size. The increased text size is a benefit for old eyes and it is inconvenient to loose some of the programs features to gain others.
