Resource Information drop down box in the Library does not scale properly

When I have the default text size set to 200% and open the Library in the tab view, the Resource Information box cuts off the rating on the right side. Other text seems to wrap but there are only 2 and 1/2 stars visible. The box does not seem to be resistible and the Rating always seems to get cut off.

At 100% I get 4 stars, so it is more convenient. Whilst you can hover to get the actual value, you have to change rating in the Resource Information panel.

On my iMac the single finger (left click) brings up a useless window that can be resized by dragging the boarders however there is no visual feedback to say you have got hold of them. You just need to float the cursor over the edges and try.

A two finger click (right click) will give you the option to float the window - on a floating window the visual feedback is there for resizing the window.
