Looking in Logos4.log file, noticed crash is happening when trying to Save Current Layout due to a SQLite database file being malformed. Wonder about moving a file to trash:
/Users/hrickharrell/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/vf3dfmly.6fv/LayoutManager/layouts.db
Also noticed Logos 4 Mac application is 4.2b SR-1, version 4.22.5.1109 that was released on 25 May 2011 so suggest manually updating application to Logos 4.6a SR-3, version 4.61.0.3378 using wiki steps => http://wiki.logos.com/Mac_Troubleshooting#Update_Error
