One - that we be given the option to have various colours within Logos itself apart from doing it from Windows. It seems a bit odd that a program such as Logos (and here we are at Logos 5) and do not have that particular option.
Two - when one hovers over a note, it would be nice to be able to go further - go right into the note itself and again hover the mouse or at least be able to click the mouse on references within that popup.
