It says in 3 CP resources that "Bidding closes 11/23/2012 at noon", but they are still open. Has the time stopped in US west coast?
I think it stopped when they went home to celebrate Thanksgiving.[:)] But be glad, it might bring the prices down another dollar or two.
(It's not three, by the way, one is set to close next Friday.)
