Are there any additional planned features of L5 that are in the works?
Yep — killing them pesky bugs in the Mac version!
Seriously — they need to be focusing on fixing issues like that first before any new features.
One biggie will be the continuing development of the Bible Sense Lexicon and tagging of more resources to utilize the new capabilities of L5. Other than that, I do not know.

Nor do I. We will see things like the listing of scriptures by Bible Senses as Jack points out. More tagging of resources for events has been promised. Some possible improvements to the Timeline Tool. Separating out Community ratings from personal ratings in Library might happen.
I do not expect to see much said about future enhancements in L5. There are some extensions of these tools and datasets that Logos is considering. That's all I think we know. New features will show up in beta testing. That is fine with me.

That is an exciting new feature. It should only grow in value as it is more fully developed.
Managing downloads to mobile devices! It was withdrawn from an early 4.6a/5.0 beta because it was too buggy:-
Devices is still a column in Library.
The idea is to mark a resource for download to any/all of your devices and it would happen! What wasn't clear is whether deselecting a resource in Logos would remove it from the device or just prevent it from being downloaded in the future.
You can look through all the planned and started features on the Logos Uservoice forum. Some of the latter are actually finished now as of L5 and those items haven't been updated yet on the Uservoice site, but some of them are ongoing with further development still in the works.
Also I believe they are still planning to implement a way for us to share Personal Books with others and across our multiple devices (though I don't know whether it's within the L5 timeframe or future).
For me, the biggie will be when they fix Notes!
We've also been promised user-created harmonies and better lectionary support. And better support for Latin.
