L5 CROSSOVER

Hi, I just downloaded the L5 crossover (no upgrade) for $150 (minus $50 discount for paying cash). I started then watching some basic videos about Timeline, yet when I looked on my "new logos" I found out that "TIMELINE" is missing. A big blank space is right under Bible Reference

This is what I did; I clicked on TOOLS, found Bible reference but right below is blank. All I see is Settings---Program Settings..

Where is my new stuff?

    Has your computer finished indexing? The timeline button will not appear until Logos 5 has finished indexing & building the index that it needs to function.

    Joseph,

    I experienced the same issue initially, however after I allowed the program to finish updating and indexing, the other features appeared shortly thereafter.

    Yes, there is no icon on the right hand bottom....

    When L5 loaded for the first time, it should have downloaded all your new resources. You'd then need to restart, and wait for the indexing to finish. Can you confirm all these steps occurred? (If they didn't, type update now in the command bar).

    This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

    I experienced the same thing. What I found was happening was that the Logos server was so busy with downloads that there was an actual delay in my download. It took about 20 minutes, and about 5 restarts, after I downloaded Logos 5 for it to begin to download my new resources.

    Sorry guys, it appears that the indexing wasn't finished. The Logos icon was hidden on the new L5 although I had it open on L4
