Missing Types in Personal Book Builder?

In this version for Mac, Logos 4.6a SR-3 (4.61.0.3378), I am trying to select the type "Manual" in the Personal Book builder and menu ends without the ability to scroll. Is anybody else missing this type as well? Didn't this  menu used to scroll?

This was an issue in L5.0 for the Mac and fixed in 5.0a as per http://community.logos.com/forums/t/58727.aspx

I seem to remember a discussion about the same problem existing in v4 but can't find it.

Hopefully a Mac user will be able to shed some more light on this
