BUG: Answer entry area still too small to use

I really appreciate the idea of being able to enter answers directly into the text of books. However, the implementation did not work well in the books that I read in Logos 4 and the problem remains in Logos 5 and mobile. Basically, only one line of text is visible at a time. So unless my answer is super short, I can't see the whole answer at once.
As you can see from this screenshot, a change is needed:
The following is from the iPad app where the problem also exists and is even harder to manage as I cannot scroll through my text entered.
