Many bible references inside book (eg. 2:5) reffer to Gospel of Matthew instead of to the Book of Romans.

More info: when there is full bible reference (e.g. Lk 4:5) than all other partial references (e.g 8:1) point to the book from that previous full reference and not to the book of Romans. When new full reference is found in text, than all other references poit to this new full reference (again instead of to book of Romans). And so on...

I couldn't check the actual references, but this is a Vyrso book where mis-references like this have been reported for some time - the reason being the automated process that assumes references to chapter and verse which have no book name associated belong to the last cited biblical book. This is true most often, but not in commentary-like resources where the not-explicit book reference often is the book's topic.
Maybe if you re-post in the Vyrso forum, someone from Logos will pick it up and have a manual redo of this - the book and its author are well-known and maybe well-sold as well, so this may rise to a level of prominence where Logos interferes manually into a Vyrso resource (what they typically try to avoid).
You may as well use the "report typo" feature - Logos adresses these based on the number of typos logged for a resource.
