The first time I saw the upgrade prices, Portfolio was 30% off, if I recall correctly. However, the others' being 30% off is something I never saw, and I checked on it soon after receiving the email announcement.

Sounds like an error on the web page. There was never a 30% off for every package as an upgrade offer. I'd guess your actual price offered might be correct, because those 30% off signs are not.

When L5 was initially released, it was 30% or 20% (can't remember) for Portfolio and 15% for everything else.

The upgrade discount was always based on the number of steps up one was upgrading. While I don't remember exactly, Portfolio was at 30% or 35% for some upgraders early on. There were 25%, 20%, and 15% discounts as well. Just depended on where you started and how high you wanted to go.

An early screen shot I have for someone who had Bible Study Library (JG) was:

15% off Starter
20% off Bronze
25% off Silver, Gold Platinum and Diamond,
30% off Portfolio

Two changes since those early days: Portfolio is now down to 25% off and there is a new Monimal Crossgrade option available.

For someone starting without a Logos 4 base package
who had several Nelson and other third party collections in Libronix (Logos 3)
and did a Logos 4 minimal cross grade,
all the Logos 5 packages are offered at only 15% discount
(Starter through Portfolio)
