Logos 4 on Windows 7 crashes every time it starts

Everytime I start Logos, it says "Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working". It starts enought to download new resources and updates then the indexer will start, the app will crash and the indexer eventually dies also giving an almost identical message.

Tried loading with ctrl key to go to blank screen and it still crashes.

Windows 7 with i7 CPU with 16 GB of RAM and more free disk space than you can shake a stick at (600+ GB free).

(Your error logs all agree that the following is the culprit. Just not sure what it means.)

Error ID: 1386

Error detail: EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.

Basically, you will have to re-index but I need to see Logos4Indexer.log to know which index (Bible or Library) is causing the problem.

I ran the java script to turn all logging on and have attached the resulting files.

Delete the following folder, then restart Logos 4:

C:\Users\Public\Logos4\Data\qfzjolst.1ds\LibraryIndex
