I'd like to suggest that Logos consolidate the release of resources and/or resource updates to once per day. I'd suggest either noon/1pm PST, or upon opening the support office each morning (6am PST, if I remember correctly).
I received two updates already today, both of which require a restart of Logos and some indexing. Consolidating updates to once a day seems like a simple thing to do (not that I really know), and would be of overall benefit to us users.
