App not prompting to re-download books after re-install

I know that the Logos Bible app is supposed to re-prompt to download previously downloaded books after a re-install. I've seen it happen before after an iOS upgrade.

Due to ongoing iOS 6.0.1 wifi problems, I restored to just firmware (no restore from backup after re-installing the firmware). Naturally after this I have to re-install apps, re-login with Logos, etc. However, after several minutes of the app getting itself set up (downloading news, syncing, etc.), it looks ready to go. Unfortunately, it's not prompting me to re-download my previously downloaded books.

This is on an iPad 2, 64GB wifi-only. I do notice that all of a sudden it seems to be doing the downloads. But it has not prompted me to do this.

Is there a way to force it to prompt me to do this? If not, there needs to be a way to explicitly request this.

Thanks,

Donnie

I have never been prompted for re-downloads since I've had my iPad.  It always does it automatically.
