When I am looking at a resource that makes a reference to Philo (BDAG), if I hover over the reference it shows the full reference, but not the text of the reference. If I click on the reference, it displays it in Greek, even though I have set "The Works of Philo" (English text) in my priority list. The reference is Flaccus 1. If this is due to different names for the same work (e.g. Latin vs Greek v s English), there ought to be some sort of standardized internal cross reference system used for such links. A similar problem can happen to the writings of the church fathers, which go by various names in various languages.
