It's international, ecumenical, and seeks to combine diachronic and synchronic approaches. All volumes will be made available in both German and English. Kohlhammer will publish 3-4 volumes per year starting in 2012. The first English commentary is out: Zechariah 9-14 by Paul L. Redditt.
German publishers, especially in the area of theology, aren't into e-books yet. But even just contacting them about it might set something in motion. This is likely to become a top-notch series and would be an asset in Logos.
