When you finish successfully building a book, you get this nice message saying it succeeded:

And the book gets opened.
Therefore, there is no need for the "Open resource" link because it is always opened.
However, when you're actually working on creating a PB, you do end up building it a number of times as you work out all the link kinks and formatting errors. So it's actually rather common to need to go back and build the book again. However you can't do that without going back into Edit mode. And you can't go back into Edit mode until you've clicked "Finished." But the problem is, once you click "Finished" your book disappears and moves up into alphabetical order in the list. This has been an irritant to me ever since the PB feature was rolled out in Logos 4.
So I'm proposing that you change the "Open resource" link to "Edit" instead, which would put you back into Edit mode on that book, so that you can build it again (after making the necessary fixes in the .docx file). Thus you'd only click "Finished" when you were really and truly done with the editing-building iteration it and had the book in its final form.
