There is only one note file I want to appear constantly – General Notes. This is where I keep all of those things that I want flagged whenever I have a bible open. All others I want to NOT APPEAR unless the note file is actually open on my desk. Unfortunately, when I turn them off, they're OFF. They don't even appear when the note file is open. I would like for the note anchors to appear when the file is open but not otherwise.
