Bible Sense Lexicon Crash on Logos 5 Mac

Yesterday, I finally decided to upgrade to Logos 5, mostly because I wanted to test the new tools. However, Logs 5 crashes every time I try to use the Bible Sense Lexicon. The a blank window pops-up and after a couple of seconds I'm back on the Finder. It is really quite disappointing. 

Can anyone help me this issue, please? I would like to have this solved ASAP.

Welcome to the forums Benjamin — sorry to hear that you have problems.

To help investigate your problem you need to supply the Logos log files, these capture information about what Logos 5 is doing, including at the time of a crash.

1. Please review this Logos Wiki page:

for information on — how to turn on logging, either always or one time would recommend that you set it to always to start with. Don't copy/paste the text of the files, ZIP them and post the ZIP file (see step 2 below).

has general information for reporting issues, creating ZIP file, and posting the ZIP file to the forum — please note you must enable logging first as per point 1.

One other point — if your Logos crashes and you are are going to post the log files, do not restart Logos 5 until you have created (and posted) the logs ZIP file. When you restart Logos 5 some valuable information in the log files may be overwritten.
