I haven't had the opportunity to post in some time but I do want to take a moment to relate how much I am loving my upgrade from L4 Silver to L5 Gold. The new engine is faster and that is pleasant. I think notes is even working better. I have a good deal of new resources to explore and integrate into my study time too.
This upgrade cost me $650. Do I think that is expensive? Yes. Do I already have a lot invested in Logos? Yes! Could I afford it? No one made me do it. I decided I wanted the new features and resources so I will afford it.
Would I have lost anything if I hadn't upgraded? Not at all. L4 is a great program. Maybe it's not perfect but it has served me well. I'm sure L5 will be even better.
It's a little disappointing to read all the whining. No one is making you buy a thing and no one is taking anything from you.
That being said. I love this new piece of software and I want to congratulate the folks at Logos for again providing me the opportunity to do better Bible study.
