It's time you updated to the latest version 4.6a (you have 4.5c) - use this link http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe
The install crashes upon startup as well.
This has been the case ever since the last upgrade.
I will call supoort on Monday but having diagnosed the log file there is a dll file that probably will have to re-registered to get it working.

You might go to Control Panel | Programs and Features, right click Logos Bible Software and select Repair.

Turns out it was because the BITS service on the computer had gotten disabled and had to be reinstalled that was the cause of the problem.
