I have just recently upgraded to Silver and can't find my Clause Search function; any ideas? I have restarted Logos twice with no avail.

The Clause Search will be found on the Search panel with the other searches.
When you install L5, there is a small download, followed by a much bigger one. That second one has to download, and you'll need to wait until indexing is done to use Clause Search.
