i hadnt opened logos for a while but last time i did it worked fine. I go to open it recently and it doesnt even pull up any screen but a window pops up saying "a problem has occurred" it tells me it will try to fix the problem (but i dont believe it lol)
restarted computer. didnt work
i tried repairing it in the uninstall program. didnt work
reinstalled. didnt work.
an now when i try to open logos. it goes to the sign in box. i sign in, and that same window pops up.
"Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working"
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you is a solution is available"
please help
