I have just downloaded the Tozer collection, but it has not been downloaded into my library on my PC. My orders page does not give me a separate option to download again. I have restarted several times but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

In the command box type:
Update Now
and press enter. That should bring the update to the computer.
David - As John suggests, you should try update now. If that doesn't work, please try update resources.
