How do I reset program settings?

I may need to re-install Logos on 1 computer because it crashes on indexing and when starting the computer from hibernation. But will that reset the program settings? It's installed on 2 computers, and I would rather not re-install on both so I'm looking for a way to reset settings.

What happened was that I tested one thing: not to show the homepage, and I regretted that since it wasn't as easy as I thought to make it vible again.

The version is 4.6 SR-2.

Have you raised this as an issue with Logos (or on the forums) so that the reason behind the crashes can be identified and addressed?

I don't understand - you can determine whether or not the home page is displayed at startup by selecting a check-box in the homepage customisation options. Can you expand on this a little further?
