Good
day
I am a new Logos customer, and have
purchased the Leader’s Library package last week. I started downloading the
package over the weekend.
During the download, my connection
was interrupted a few times. After connection was restored, Logos happily
continued to download my package and I have noticed also on the forums that this
scenario should not be a reason for concern. However, last night whilst
downloading the connection was interrupted again, with the download percentage
standing on 89%. I was busy working on my laptop during this time. I continued
working, planning to reconnect in a few minutes, when the Logos Bible Software
program actually opened up and started to index.
My problem is that it does not seem
as if the download has completed 100%. There are also quite a lot of resources
missing. For example, I only have about 10 bibles and there should be a whole
lot more (I am especially missing the NET Bible). The same goes for my book
library – there should be a lot more titles than what is currently
displayed.
If I look on the Logos web page, I
see that a download for Leader’s Library should be around 4.8GB. If I look at
my installation destination, it has only 3.4GB worth of data. I have checked my
program settings, and “Automatically Download Updated” is set to yes, as well as
“Use Internet”. If I look at the toolbar on Logos, and I click on the refresh
icon, it states that synchronisation is enabled and all items are up to date. I
have also tried to rerun the Logos installer, but it pops up a message that
everything is up to date.
My question is, how do I obtain the
rest of my resources? Is there perhaps a command I can
run?
Any assistance or advice is much
appreciated.
