I see Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology listed under Theology for $29.95, but when I add it to the cart, it costs $33.95.

The Top Products page is usually accessed following the Customize step from the base package upgrade page and the discounts on Top Products are dependent on having a base package upgrade in your order.
If that is the case, you should see 29.95, if not, you should see the regular price for the item. In either instance, 33.95 is unusual to see, so I'm wondering if your cart had any other coupons applied to it? Specifically, was there any text indicating the discount under the product description or product price at checkout?
