Bought the minimal crossover this am, had already downloaded the engine and been impressed, so thought it worth the buy-in. Wish I had a bit more money for a base package - sales tell me I will "avoid pain" if I get one, but no pain costs too much!
Anyway, downloading the update began OK then crashed: logos 4 indexer has stopped working...
This repeated each time I started, with a lower download count each time. I don't know if that is because the resources had been downloaded successfully, or because they had been logged as downloaded. Guess I'll find out if/when indexing has finished.
I enabled logging, but of course it's not doing it now...
The messages I was getting from Logos 4 tray icon were a bit confusing - does the indexer download as well? I was being told that downloads and indexing were happening at the same time - is that the problem?!
Just wondering (haivng read some other posts) if I should delete downloadmanager.db, or type upload resources, or wait, or any combination, to amke sure I have all the files I should have...
Great, great product. How you kept the BETA secret is a major achievement worthy of the intelligence services...
