When I visit the upgrade pages of Logos.com, I see a count of my resources.
When I open my Logos 5 library, it says that I have 290 fewer resources.
None of my resources are hidden.

The number you see there is a count of resources and data files (e.g. interlinear files, timeline files, etc.) that are not going to be listed as resources.
