I had a pre-pub item that did not process because my CC info was not there. I have since fixed this. Should it process automatically now? It has been days and I haven't seen it go through.
Find the e-mail you got when they couldn't process it, and reply to that saying everything should now be in order and could they please give it another try. I doubt it will happen automatically.
