Upon start up, indexing starts, logos screen comes up, in less than a minute Logos Bible Software 5 has stopped working window appears prompting to close program. Unable to to use program at all.

Welcome to the forums.
I think your problem can be resolved by deleting the C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\iu3whsia.ek4\BibleIndex folder and restarting Logos. This should allow indexing to resume.
If it crashes again please upload the LogosIndexer.log, Logos.log before you start Logos again, as they get overwritten (and delete all the logos4 logs).
