I'm sorry about the trouble. Can you try re-installing the application file and see if the behavior persists? If so please give us a call at your earliest convenience. You can contact us at 800-875-6467. To re-install, navigate to your Applications folder and delete the Logos 4 app file. Then download a new one from here http://www.logos.com/support/logos4/install.

Does Logos freeze? If so, I am having this same problem. I have been having it for a few months now. It freezes at close most often after mild to heavy usage when it is using a lot of RAM (according to Memory Scope from 6-12% RAM) (I mentioned all this in another forum)
