It may, or may not give you a date.
This is being distributed by the publisher rather than Logos so it probably won't tell you. I got an email from Amazon.ca today saying that December 14 would be the shipping date. Someone else noted that the publisher's website now says January so perhaps it will be delayed until then.

Jerry affirms ordering this through Logos. As such there should be a notice on Logos' page about when this will be available. I'll grant that Logos doesn't always do this. Since I didn't pre-order this, I can't see it on my pre-pub page.
Jerry, Logos will send you an email about a week prior to shipping, warning you to double check your charge card info, etc. This also gives you some time to make sure you have enough money in the bank, if that's an issue.

Yes, but in this case Logos has to receive their supply from the publisher just like any other bookstore/distributor. They may have finished already but it has to be pressed and the packages made and then distributed by IVP.
