7558.Logos4.log
I'm using Windows XP and I'm getting the error message that the program encountered an error and needs to close. I've attached a couple of the log files. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

This is Logos 4, by the way. [:D]
In this case the logs don't help. Logos crashes without reporting the error.
The most likely cause of this is in the Windows system, or a hardware issue. The second most likely cause is a problem with Logos4
Here are a few things to try:
If you recently installed any programs, you may try restoring Windows to a previous state.
Run an anti-virus check and make sure you include your system files.
If you're not having problems with other Windows programs, and you're sure you don't have any malware on your system, you could try to repair the Logos4 installation through the Programs (install/uninstall) menu in Control Panel.
NOTE: there may be some folks here with better suggestions.
The crash log is old and from a different version of L4. However:-
Do you normally start from the Home page? If so also try starting normally.
Report the steps you took if there is a crash.

My 18-month old got in to my office and turned off my computer (he likes the big round power buttons, apparently), and when it came back on Logos fired up no problem. Weird.
Thanks for your help
You're welcome. But do you normally start in the Home Page?
I'm not sure I understand the question. When I launch Logos the home page comes up when the program opens, and I navigate through the program from there. Is that what you mean?
